Grief can show up in many forms—through migration, divorce, or the death of a loved one. As a migrant myself, I understand how layered and personal these experiences can be. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can process grief at your own pace, with empathy and cultural sensitivity at the heart of our work. Together, we explore the grief cycle to help you understand what you're feeling, while weaving in self-care and emotional resilience. I draw on mindfulness, CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support your healing and help you reconnect with meaning and strength. I am fluent in both Arabic and English and offer support in the language that feels most comfortable for you. EFT Practitioner

I am a Clinical EFT Certified Practitioner and I support people who are living with chronic conditions including (but not limited to): chronic pain, anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, fibromyalgia, auto-immune conditions, chronic fatigue and TBI to move out of survival mode so they can feel in charge of their own life again. Clinical EFT Tapping helps to calm the stress responses in your body as well as to release the intensity of the negative emotions that you experience around your conditions. When you feel better, there may be more space for physical healing if this is physically possible. Clinical EFT Tapping is a tool that can help you reduce stress, calm your nervous system and release the emotional intensity of bad memories and trauma. The technique uses elements of cognitive and exposure therapy with acupressure. Over 300 clinical trials show that EFT is effective for anxiety, depression, pain, PTSD, phobias, and other conditions. I offer online sessions via Zoom. Free Discovery Sessions available via Booking Link.

Providing counselling dedicated to supporting individuals struggling with substance use as they navigate recovery with compassion, clarity, and evidence‑informed care. My approach integrates physiological education, helping clients understand how the brain and body respond to stress, trauma, and substance use. By demystifying the biological processes behind cravings, habits, and healing, I empower clients to make informed choices and reconnect with their own capacity for change. Grounded in trauma‑informed practice, I create a therapeutic environment built on safety, trust, collaboration, and empowerment. I recognize the profound impact that trauma can have on behaviour, emotional regulation, and substance use patterns, and I work gently and respectfully to support clients without judgment or pressure. A core part of my work focuses on emotional repair—helping individuals rebuild their relationship with themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping. My goal is to walk alongside each person with empathy and steadiness, offering practical tools, compassionate insight, and a space where healing feels possible. Recovery is not a linear path, but with the right support, it becomes a journey of reconnection, growth, and renewed hope. This counselling may benefit individuals struggling with prescription or non-prescription drugs or medications.

I support individuals who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected from the parts of life that once felt meaningful. My role is to offer a calm, non‑judgmental space where you can slow down, learn how chronic stress depletes the body, and begin to move toward regaining control. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence‑based practices. Together, we explore the patterns, pressures, and expectations that have been weighing on you—whether they come from work, relationships, caregiving, or your own inner standards. I help clients build practical strategies for restoring energy, setting boundaries, and rediscovering a sense of balance. At the same time, we work gently with the emotional layers beneath burnout: the guilt, the self‑criticism, the fear of letting others down, and the quiet longing for change. Clients often tell me they appreciate my calm presence, my ability to listen deeply, and my commitment to helping them feel understood rather than judged. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be honest about where you are and hopeful enough to imagine where you want to go.

Relationships can feel like a puzzle—with connection, clarity, and understanding as the missing pieces. Trained in Couples Therapy, I help couples rebuild these bonds by teaching practical communication skills and emotional insight, including the powerful method: “Are you here to listen or respond?” This approach helps partners pause and tune in, fostering genuine connection over reaction. In a warm, respectful space, I guide couples to understand each other more deeply, refocus on their relationship, and minimise the impact of external pressures. Whether you're feeling stuck, unheard, or disconnected, I offer tools to strengthen trust, emotional safety, and lasting intimacy.
