Activate Mental Health promotes positive mental health and well-being through dynamic and engaging meetup opportunities.
Since its founding in June 2016 (initially as the Perth Active Depression Support Group), the initiative has focused on creating accessible social connections. It was registered as a charity in November 2024.
Our regular and casual events are featured on Meetup and are facilitated by dedicated individuals offering activities aligned with our mission.
We proudly partner with the Act-Belong-Commit campaign and are a member of Volunteering WA and Alike WA.
