By demystifying the biological processes behind cravings, habits, and healing, I empower clients to make informed choices and reconnect with their own capacity for change.

Grounded in trauma‑informed practice, I create a therapeutic environment built on safety, trust, collaboration, and empowerment. I recognize the profound impact that trauma can have on behaviour, emotional regulation, and substance use patterns, and I work gently and respectfully to support clients without judgment or pressure.

A core part of my work focuses on emotional repair—helping individuals rebuild their relationship with themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping.

My goal is to walk alongside each person with empathy and steadiness, offering practical tools, compassionate insight, and a space where healing feels possible. Recovery is not a linear path, but with the right support, it becomes a journey of reconnection, growth, and renewed hope.
