Trained in Couples Therapy, I help couples rebuild these bonds by teaching practical communication skills and emotional insight, including the powerful method: “Are you here to listen or respond?” This approach helps partners pause and tune in, fostering genuine connection over reaction.
In a warm, respectful space, I guide couples to understand each other more deeply, refocus on their relationship, and minimise the impact of external pressures. Whether you're feeling stuck, unheard, or disconnected, I offer tools to strengthen trust, emotional safety, and lasting intimacy.

In-person & Telehealth Available
I am fluent in both Arabic and English and offer support in the language that feels most comfortable for you.
