As a migrant myself, I understand how layered and personal these experiences can be. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can process grief at your own pace, with empathy and cultural sensitivity at the heart of our work.
Together, we explore the grief cycle to help you understand what you're feeling, while weaving in self-care and emotional resilience. I draw on mindfulness, CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support your healing and help you reconnect with meaning and strength.
I am fluent in both Arabic and English and offer support in the language that feels most comfortable for you.
