Remedial Therapy - Morley

Remedial Therapy provides Remedial Massage treatments and Mindfulness Meditation sessions. Clients can choose from 30, 60, or 90-minute Remedial Massage sessions.

Treatments primarily use techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy (focusing on hyperirritable spots in muscle that cause pain) and Myofascial Release (a hands-on technique to release tightness in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and organs).

Each treatment is tailored to the individual's needs. They also offer Dry Needling to release trigger points, Myofascial Cupping (using cups on the fascia to promote release and blood flow), and therapeutic Manual Lymphatic Drainage (a gentle massage technique to encourage the natural drainage of lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues).
