Somatic Trauma - Informed Psychotherapy

I specialise in helping people recover from childhood trauma, including emotional, sexual, physical, and narcissistic abuse, as well as abandonment and having emotionally unavailable parents. My goal is to empower clients to achieve their dreams. I create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment to help clients build support recovery relationships and increase their happiness and self-confidence. I utilise a Holistic Approach tailored to each individual's specific needs, incorporating trauma-informed care and somatic therapies. I combine body awareness and movement with traditional talk therapy. My expertise includes extensive training and a deep understanding of various therapeutic methods across different cultures.
